Animal Control is about more than being the "dog catcher." We provide assistance to owners of lost pets, address complaints in the community, and help provide information on what to do if you happen upon a stray in your community.
Spay/Neuter Assistance Program
We provide vouchers to low-income pet owners who need financial assistance to cover the cost of having their dogs, cats, or rabbits spayed or neutered at local veterinary clinics/hospitals. The amount of assistance depends on the type of animal and gender. In order to qualify for a voucher you must live within one of the towns that we contract with for shelter services.
