FOUND CATS: 11.17.2021

These two pretty black and white female cats were found on Edgewood Road (between Ampersand Ave and George LaPan Memorial Hwy). They were not wearing collars and are not microchipped. If you recognize them or have any information, please call the shelter at 518-891-0017. In order to be reclaimed, an owner would have to provide proof of ownership. Cats can't be released from the shelter without a valid rabies certificate.

FOUND CAT: 11.16.21

This friendly, un-neutered black male cat was found on Bloomingdales Ave in Saranac Lake near the Belvedere Restaurant. He is not microchipped and was not wearing a collar when he was found. He appears to have been outside for some time. If you recognize him or have any information, please call the shelter at 518-891-0017. In order to be reclaimed, the owner must provide proof of ownership. Cats can't be released from the shelter without a valid rabies certificate.

This short haired un-neutered orange tabby male cat was found on Park Ave in Saranac Lake. He looks to have been living outside for some time and was not found wearing a collar. He is not microchipped. If you recognize him or have any information, please call the shelter at 518-891-0017. In order to be reclaimed, the owner must provide proof of ownership. He appears to have been outside for a while, was not wearing a collar, and is not microchipped. If you recognize him or have any information, please call the shelter at 518-891-0017. This pretty lady was found off of Park Ave. in Saranac Lake. She is sweet and friendly. If you recognize her or have any information, please call the shelter at 518-891-0017. FOUND CAT 10.20.21

This pretty girl was found in Tupper Lake on route 30. She had been hanging around for a few weeks. She is not microchipped. If you recognize her or have any information, please call the shelter at 518-891-0017. In order to be reclaimed, the owner must provide proof of ownership. Cats can't be released from the shelter without a valid rabies certificate.

This pretty little lady was found this week and brought to us from the Old Piercefield Road in Tupper Lake. If you recognize this cat, please call the shelter at 518-891-0017. In order to be reclaimed, the owner must provide proof of ownership. Cats can't be released from the shelter without a valid rabies certificate.

UPDATE: This pretty girl was not claimed and found a new loving home.

This young female brown tabby cat was found wandering down the sidewalk on Lake Flower Avenue near Mackenzie’s Restaurant in the Village of Saranac Lake. She is now at the shelter. If you recognize this cat, please call the shelter at 518-891-0017. In order to be reclaimed, the owner must provide proof of ownership. Cats can't be released from the shelter without a valid rabies certificate.

UPDATE: The owner has been located!

This handsome tabby cat was found 4.11.2021 near the corner of Oneida Ave. and Wesvalley Rd. in Lake Placid. The cat was found under a kind person's porch. The cat appeared to be injured and the finder has brought the cat to a vet. This cat is NOT at Tri-Lakes Humane Society. The finder reports that he is very friendly and they believe he must be someone's cat. He is not neutered. Anyone with information, please call the finder at 406-925-2136.
